Ride In offers a surfing experience in Costa Rica for all levels and ages, whether you’re learning to catch your first wave, or looking to progress your surfing to the next level. Ride In offers several surf packages tailored to your experience & goals. These include video analysis, as well as private and semi-private lessons with a professional surfer certified by the International Surfing Association. All surf instructors are CPR and first aid certified as well.

Meet Founder & head Coach
Anthony (Yogi) Segura
Yogi started surfing at 12 years old in Esterillos Oeste, Costa Rica. In 2006, he began surfing in competitions. He was part of the national surf team from 2007-2014 and is still actively competing in national and international contests.
He works full-time as a surf instructor in Jaco and offers guided excursions around Costa Rica. Yogi is very invested in the surf journey of his students, and is continuously creating programs designed to improve their surf ability and skillset.

Ride In Surf School offers personalized surf experiences on the stunning Pacific coast of Costa Rica, with two unique locations to choose from: Esterillos Oeste Beach and Jaco Beach.

We are located in Jaco, Costa Rica. A small beach town located on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is known for its consistent surf and beautiful sandy beaches, making it a popular destination for surfers. The town is also known for its vibrant nightlife and many restaurants and bars.
From a surfing school perspective, Jaco is an ideal location to offer lessons and rentals. The consistent surf and wide range of breaks make it suitable for surfers of all skill levels. In addition, the town’s popularity as a tourist destination means that there is a high demand for surfing lessons and rentals.
